Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the 0xRAM Labs B2B auditing services or interactive Threat Scanner.
⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE FOR DEFI PROTOCOLS:
Participating in Web3 development involves highly complex, experimental economic and cryptographic frameworks. Auditing is a rigorous logic diagnostic tool, not an insurance policy or a mathematical guarantee of future protocol performance. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the liability caps and disclosures below.
1. Scope of Services & Threat Scanner
0xRAM Labs provides professional cybersecurity services, including smart contract auditing, EVM/Solana decentralized system simulation, cryptographic verification, protocol red teaming, and access to our digital Threat Scanner tools. Audits are based on a point-in-time review of code supplied by the client and do not cover runtime changes, compiler upgrades, upstream library defects, or external network configurations.
2. Absolute Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee
Smart contract audits represent a specialized, expert, and best-effort review to isolate known vulnerability vectors, reentrancy vulnerabilities, logic flaws, and gas inefficiencies. However, cybersecurity is a shifting frontier. Under NO circumstances does an audit or a 'clean' scan result guarantee 100% security, zero-bug runtime performance, or complete immunity from future zero-day exploits, flash-loan manipulation, or validator collusions. 0xRAM Labs shall not be liable for any protocol hacks, loss of capital, direct or indirect damages, or liquidity de-pegs.
3. Responsible Bug Disclosure Protocol
If a partner, client, or external white-hat researcher isolates a vulnerability within a contract audited by 0xRAM Labs, they are strictly obligated to report it directly to 0xRAM Labs and the client through our secure cryptographic channels. Public disclosures must be coordinates and delayed until the client has had a reasonable, standard timeframe to review, draft, test, and apply a secure hotfix patch.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The client retains sole ownership and intellectual property rights over all contract source code and architectures submitted for review. 0xRAM Labs retains exclusive ownership and rights over all proprietary templates, vulnerability wiki models, fuzzer engines, dynamic scanners, and custom scripts utilized during the audit process.
Custom Master Service Agreements (MSA)
For institutional protocols, sovereign L1/L2 chains, and enterprise liquidity clients, we offer specialized Master Service Agreements (MSA) detailing custom liability caps, localized jurisdictional rules, and dedicated retainer pools.
